Lacak Uang is a comprehensive personal finance tracker that empowers individuals to take full control of their financial health. Built with Next.js and TypeScript for a performant, type-safe frontend, styled with Tailwind CSS for a clean and responsive interface, and backed by Supabase with PostgreSQL for secure, scalable data storage, the application provides everything users need to understand and improve their spending habits.

The core income and expense tracking module allows users to log every transaction with a date, amount, category, and optional note. Categories are fully customizable, enabling users to create granular breakdowns such as groceries, transportation, entertainment, subscriptions, and more. Each category can have a monthly budget limit, and the system alerts users when they approach or exceed their set thresholds.

Visual analytics are a standout feature. Interactive charts display spending trends over time, category-by-category breakdowns, and month-over-month comparisons. Users can quickly identify which areas consume the most money and make informed decisions about where to cut back. The dashboard provides an at-a-glance summary of total income, total expenses, net savings, and budget utilization for the current month.

An AI-powered financial insights module analyzes spending patterns and offers personalized suggestions, such as identifying recurring charges that could be reduced, flagging unusual spending spikes, and projecting future balances based on historical trends. The Supabase backend handles authentication with social login support, row-level security for multi-user isolation, and real-time data synchronization so changes appear instantly across devices. The application is deployed with Cloudflare for edge caching and SSL termination.
