The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in separate project agreements or proposals between Blatak Technology and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such project-specific agreements.

3. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or the servers and networks connected to it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blatak Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Blatak Technology for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the website or its content.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability
